Reset Password of Customer Account

In order to reset the password of any user we need to go through following steps.

  1. Try to go to the Login screen of the sergas website -
  2. Click on the Forget Password link.
  3. Select the region of your account.
  4. Enter the Email ID associated to the account.
  5. new password will be generated and will be sent to the Email ID.
Try to use the password sent on your Email ID to access your account

      visit the sergas portal with company login id check the customer no. if registered. check for the issues, delete the same and let the customer register again.
